01Scope and contact
This policy covers the Hard Math iOS and Android apps and this product and support website. For privacy questions or requests, contact the operator of Hard Math at gzonelee@gmail.com.
02Information used by the app
Puzzle inputs, progress, achievements, hint and explanation history, and settings are stored in the app’s storage on your device. They are used to resume your work and display your records. The app does not send these records to a server operated by us. It has no registration, advertising SDKs, or usage analytics SDKs.
03Backup files and device settings
You initiate file export and import yourself. Backups contain app records, including puzzle and help history, so take care when storing or sharing them. The app does not offer account-based sync. iOS system backups and any file storage service you choose are subject to their own settings and policies. The Android app is configured to exclude its data from automatic system backups and device transfers.
04Support email
When you contact us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to investigate and respond, and they are processed by our email provider, Google. You do not need to send unnecessary personal information or backup files. You can request access to or deletion of support correspondence at the contact address above.
05Website hosting
Cloudflare Pages hosts this website. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, requests, and device or browser connection information to deliver content and protect the service. This site has no advertising, visitor analytics scripts, or contact forms. Language selection uses the URL; we do not add tracking cookies or use local storage.
06Retention, deletion, and your choices
App records remain on your device while stored there and can be removed by deleting the app or using your operating system’s app-data controls. Exported files and copies in system backups must be managed and deleted separately. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, then deleted when their purpose ends or deletion is requested, unless retention is legally required. Cloudflare’s and Google’s policies also apply to the retention and protection of information they process.
07Protection and policy changes
App records use storage managed by the operating system, and this website is served over HTTPS. Review your records before sharing a backup or giving your device to someone else. When our handling of information changes, we will update this page and its last-updated date.
